EUIAS sponsors NSAP People in Power Awards drinks reception - celebrating talent in the power industry

The Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS) proudly sponsored the drinks reception at the annual National Skills Academy for Power (NSAP) People in Power Awards 2018.

The National Skills Academy for Power (NSAP) People in Power Awards 2018 took place at St. George’s Park, home of the English Football Association, on Wednesday evening (12 September). The event was attended by over 200 industry representatives who came together to celebrate success within the power industry over the past year. The awards are a must attend event in the sector’s calendar which help highlight the exciting and prosperous career opportunities the power industry offers.

The evening began with a drinks reception, proudly sponsored by the Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS).

The awards ceremony, hosted by Gyles Brandreth, followed, and consisted of eight awards across six categories and two special achievement awards, one of which was awarded to the EUIAS’s very own Associate Director, Dr Jacqueline Hall, (link to article) for her outstanding contribution to the sector. The EUIAS is responsible for one in five* of all apprentices in England – almost 90% of which are power apprentices.

Dr Jacqueline Hall added: “The EUIAS is proud and privileged to support NSAP and employers at this special annual event which celebrates the variety of ways in which the power industry ensures innovation, service excellence and people remain at the heart of their business.”
