Service Delivery Manager
As the service delivery manager, Jon Bukasa empowers the team to provide effective coordination and scheduling of the end point assessments from the point the employers appoint EUIAS as the end point assessment organisation all the way through to certification. He is also responsible for managing new business coming through the pipeline and ensuring providers and apprentices get the best possible customer service.
Jon comes from an energy background working for numerous companies outside of the big six.
